In terms of an emergency, the board must provide more notice about emergency rules and has a much more limited scope in enacting said rules.

127 special polling stations were set up for the October 2020, elections.
In addition, under the Election Code of Georgia Article 26 (Powers of the Precinct Election Commission), C, states: Establishes a mobile ballot box based on the applications and applications of the voters.
In other words mobile ballot boxes can be granted based on voters needs.
Article 30, E: In case of inability to arrive at the polling station on the polling day, the voter shall be transferred to apply to the Precinct Election Commission for voting through the ballot box

It seems Georgia has a robust set of rules around the deployment of mobile ballot boxes. That said, no reference pertaining directly to mobile voting ‘buses’ could be found and for fear of comparing apples with oranges, we award Georgia the country only a half tick here.
